The EAMSA holds an annual conference, normally each autumn in various pre-selected locations. Since 1992 EAMSA has annually alternated its conferences between Asia and Europe. Each conference produces a conference proceeding, where accepted papers are included.

The 30th Euro-Asia Management Studies Association (EAMSA) Annual Conference will be held at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. The special theme for this conference is "Innovation in Asia and Europe: Approaches and Answers to New Challanges". Deadline for paper submission is: July, 14, 2013.

The 31st Euro-Asia Management Studies Conference will be held at the Thamassat University Business School, Thailand. The key organizing members are Dr Pavida Pananond and Dr. Patnaree Srisuphaolarn.
