Conference fees and payment details

The conference fee covers registration, program, proceedings on USB data stick, lunches, conference dinners, refreshments and an excursion (details to follow).  Conference fees can be paid online using PayPal (please follow the directions below) or in cash on arrival. 

Early bird registration

Early bird registration (payments received by October 31st 2008)

  • Existing EAMSA members*            ¥30,000
  • Non-members                                   ¥42,000 (includes annual membership of EAMSA)
Standard Registration

Payments received after October 31st 2008 and before November 21st

  • Existing EAMSA members*            ¥33,000
  • Non-members                                   ¥45,000 (includes annual membership of EAMSA)

 *Please ensure that your membership is valid

Discount for young researchers

Young researchers (doctoral candidates and masters students) who are presenting a paper or contributing to a workshop or PhD track session are eligible for a reduction on the conference fee. Proof of full-time study is required when registering.  

Early bird registration

Early bird registration for young researchers (payments received by October 31st 2008)

  • Exiting EAMSA members*    ¥20,000
  • Non-members    ¥25,000 (includes annual student membership of EAMSA)
Standard Registration

Payments for young researchers received after October 31st and before November 21st

  • Exiting EAMSA members*             ¥21,000
  • Non-members   ¥26,000 (includes annual student membership of EAMSA)

How to make a payment using Paypal

  1. Click the yellow Paypal button below. You will be transferred to the Paypal webpage.
  2. At the top of the page, enter a description of your payment (e.g., existing member, early bird).
  3. Enter the appropriate unit price (e.g., 30,000)
  4. If you have a Paypal account, you will need to log in now to confirm and make the final payment.
  5. If you do not have a Paypal account, click continue.
  6. Enter credit card and address details.
  7. Click the review payment button.
  8. Click pay now to make the final payment
