The conference programme can be downloaded here:Word Document PDF File Important notice for speakers To help you with your preparation for the conference, please note the following points: The time allocation for paper presentations (both workshop and competitive) is 20 minutes Three paper presentations will be held in each session allowing for approximately 30 minutes of Q&A at the end of all presentations (or allocated after each paper according to the Chair’s preference) All rooms are equipped with PCs and projectors for PowerPoint presentations Speakers using PowerPoint should bring presentations on a USB device and make arrangements for a backup version to be held online (e.g. as an email attachment) Speakers should make their own arrangements for any handouts they might like to distribute. Please let us know in advance if you have any further requirements (e.g. OHP projectors) and we will do our best to accommodate them.
