The EAMSA 2008 Annual Conference at Doshisha Business School Academic sessions will take place at the Imadegawa campus of Doshisha University which is home to the Doshisha Business School (DBS).
Doshisha University, established in 1875 by Joseph Hardy Neesima, stands as a living testament to the courage of the human spirit-- the desire to seek and share the finest knowledge available.

DBS is located just across the street from the main university campus in a building which combines state of the art facilities with architectural elegance in the original Doshisha style. Beginning with a graduate MBA program DBS also offers Contemporary, and Executive Programs.
The Karasuma-Imadegawa area, where the Doshisha University Imadegawa campus is located, is a place of historical renown. Shokokuji Temple, which lies close by, is one of the great edifices of the Ashikaga era. has its home. Just one step away is the Imperial Palace. To the east lies Kamogawa river. Nyoigatake, on the slopes of which the famous Daimonji festival takes place, provides a splendid backdrop to the DBS building.
